Jungle theme with Jaguar leaping out of center and cray cabinets mid left. Poster measures 18 x 26 landscape orientation.

Aside from staple holes on corners and a slight shadowy stain on lower right the poster is in near mint condition. It was hung in my classroom since 2008 but Im retiring so down it comes - your benefit.

This is a historic machine and a cool artifact commemorating it. The massively parallel Jaguar or OLCF-2 was built by cray at oak ridge national laboratory had a peak performance of just over 1.75 petaflops. It had 224,256 x86-based AMD Opteron processor cores and operated the cray Linus environment. The Jaguar was the worlds fastest computer on the top500 semi-annual lists for November 2009 and June 2010. It was bumper to #2 on the November 2010 list by the Chinese Tianhe-1A.
