In the middle of nowhere. Oh, how I miss my //c.Here's your chance to obtain a little piece of 80s personal (really personal) computing historythe. They were selected to accentuate visible shortcomings. Lens flaring, reflective glare, blurriness, or shadowing may be evident. I would describe this publication to be of acceptable cosmetic condition overall for the reasons stated below. But please judge the attached photographs for yourself, as I may have overlooked pertinent details. Pages are crisp and unmarked; I will confess to only leafing through this guidebook on (very, very,) rare occasion. Although falling short of an ideal specimen, I think I have treated it with somewhat reasonable care.
To my eyes, the most significant cosmetic faults are as follows: the original retail sticker on the front of the dust jacket, with a corona of adhesive from prior labeling; moderate tanning to the dust jacket's exteriors and along its edges where tucking inside the book; a heavy 1½ crease to the dust jacket in the front lower lefthand corner; 1×1½ and 2×1¼ areas of heavy creasing and tearing to the dust jacket's lower righthand and lefthand corners (respectively) on the reverse; a 1 split along the back board's seam; and moderate discoloration along and between the back board and the endpaper. Rest assured that the book will be properly packaged to preserve current condition on its travels from my doorstep to yours. It's been a dear companion.
