Introduction to Programming (digital pdp-8 handbook series) (Third Edition, May 1972). Produced by the Digital Equipment Corporation. This book is not perfect, however, it displays well in a museum or personal display case. Pages have normal discoloration for sitting for 45 years in a bookshelf (cream to off-white).
About the last 2/5 of pages are loose, but not completely detached from the glued binding. Scans of front and back covers are shown in the listing, but I will be happy to take photos of sides, bindings or a page or two. The pedigree of this book is a single owner, my father, who used it at the Lawrence Livermore (Radiation) Laboratory in the early 1970's.
