A very heavy crystal award provided to Apple employees after 10 years of service. As such they are pretty rare. And can only be obtained through Apple employees. Designed by Apple's chief designer Jonathan Ive. Even more rare in the future as Apple will no longer use this type of award to commemorate 10 years of service.
