Vintage 1980s Apple Hazel Folder Notebook Planner Organizer

This is a rare find. This folder came from Apple around the time just after the original Macintosh to a store in Joplin, Missouri (the only authorized Apple retailer in Joplin at the time). This is a folder with a fake leather cover embossed with Apple C. I'm not sure what C.

Stands for and can't find any info on it online. The condition is documented in the pictures. The metal corners have tarnish/wear from the years.
